Lower Back Pain Exercise - is probably one of the most important treatments that will benefit your lower back.   This is a sure-fire way to rapidly eliminate your back pain.

However, you must have a proper exercise program for your lower back, otherwise you might risk making it worse.

So how are you supposed to know a good exercise from a bad one?

Well one way would be to hire a qualified personal trainer/post-rehab specialist who could address your muscle imbalance and create a tailor made exercise program for you.

If you already belong to a fitness club, there maybe a good trainer there that can help you setup an exercise program.  However, realize that good trainers maybe expensive, but when it comes to your back it is well worth it.

The other alternative is to find an exercise video or dvd that is taught by a certified athletic trainer.   These videos or dvds are an inexpensive way to do lower back exercises to strengthen your back muscles.
